Later, we were able to find them a more permanent home at The Wabash Building in East Nashville, saving our client a total of $78,407 over the term of their new lease. That equals a savings of 30% Off the original asking terms by the Landlord simply by using our Tenant Representative services, and our client didn’t have to pay us a dime to do it!
One of the key factors in getting Sips N’ Strokes this large amount of savings was our great working relationship with both the Tenant as a repeat client, and the Landlord representatives Jeremiah Pyron and Trent Yates.
