Southern Athena was tasked to complete a full kitchen remodel, laundry room remodel with added half bath, raise the floor level of a garage space that had previously been made into living space. It required moving the entire electrical box.
Southern also listed and sold the home with a 10-way bidding war, gaining over $100K over asking.
