We provided Historic approved Architecture construction drawings and Interior Design for a Lockeland Springs East Nashville home remodel, addition and detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) and garage.
Bella Vista Luxury Single Family Home Development
We created full community concept and Architecture Development plans for a 29 Home luxury development in Gallatin, TN. The home prototypes included Primary and secondary bedrooms on the main floor, luxury kitchens, 3 car garages, front and rear porches with views, and choice options for various upgrades and community variation.
Westhaven Poolhouse Addition
We provided Architecture and design permit drawings for a Westhaven home with addition and pool.
Nashville Airbnb Development -Whiskey Row
We provided Interior Design services to completely furnish and style three Airbnb rentals in North Nashville.
Bellevue Ranch Home Remodel - Huguley Residence
We provided Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction services to help this couple remodel their entire home in Bellevue, TN, which included an entirely new kitchen layout, two new bathrooms, three bedrooms, a dining room, and living room.
Green Hills Renovation - Duvall Residence
We provided Architecture and Interior Design services to help this family remodel their kitchen space, convert their existing garage into a master suite, and added a new garage in the Green Hills area of Nashville, TN.
Green Hills Cottage - Heacock Residence
We provided Architecture and Interior Design services to help this family create a new master suite, reconfigure their floor plan, build out their basement into livable SF with full spa office, and home gym, while also adding and completing construction of a pool and deck in their backyard. The home is in the Green Hills area of Nashville, TN.
East Nashville Remodel - Jewell Residence
We provided Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction services to help this couple remodel their kitchen and convert a den space into a new laundry and half bath in East Nashville.
Lakewood Crossing Townhome Development
We provided Real Estate Brokerage, Architecture, and Interior Design services for a 1.5-acre 18 unit residential development project in Old Hickory, TN.
Bordeaux Mixed Use Development
We provided Real Estate Brokerage, Architecture, and Rezoning services for a 42-acre 500+ unit mixed-use development project in the Bordeaux area of Nashville, TN. We later provided Real Estate Brokerage for a phase 2 addition of single-family homes.
